We use BLACK ACETAL, also known as Delrin to make our custom sheaves because it is the best sheave material available:

  • Withstands extreme loading
  • Soft edge profile easy on lines
  • Lightest weight of all sheave materials
  • Axle pins available in Stainless Steel, Silicon Bronze and Titanium
  • Thick walled oil-filled bronze sleeve bearings provide a long lasting, easily replaceable axle bushing.
